LAWRENCEBURG, (October) Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Ethan Hadley and H&M Bay, Inc. announced that the company will establish its eighth cold storage consolidation center in Lawrenceburg. H&M Bay plans to invest $4.5 million and create 10 full-time, 35 part-time jobs in Lawrence County over the next five years.

H&M Bay is an excellent addition to our community and we are grateful that this investment brings several new opportunities for the people of Lawrence County.”
H&M Bay will locate operations in the Team Lawrence Commerce Park, a Select Tennessee Certified Site. The company will build a 51,000-square-foot facility that will be operational in the second quarter of 2019.
