Habitat for Humanity
Loans are available for Habitat for Humanity participants at 0% interest, with 400 hours of sweat equity and up to four people participating from the family. Tennessee Housing DevelopmentThe Tennessee Housing Development Agency's goal is to provide housing assistance to people in need, by offering a variety of programs. One program includes mortgages for first-time homebuyers, at below conventional market interest rates. For more information, visit the THDA Website. God's StorehouseGod's Storehouse located on 435 Franke Street. This charitable organization accepts and provides donations of money, food, clothing, and furniture for those in need.
